Rabies vaccinations are not included.
Canine/Kennel cough vaccinations are not included as standard however if you join our health plan, members benefit from 25% discount.
Parasite control products provided i.e. flea, wormer, lungworm and tick products, may depend on the pet’s lifestyle. Weight and availability. The product chosen will be prescribed by a vet as appropriate. Lungworm is only relevant for dogs.
Pet food is provided for puppies and kittens, and is a dry food diet determined by species, the pet’s weight and age. Provision of pet food is whilst stocks and we reserve the right to request you attend a nurse clinic for nutritional advice. In order for us to provide you with pet food, you are required to give an email address which will be shared with Royal Canin, the makers of the pet food.
Free adolescent health checks are by appointment and mean a physical examination of your pet by a veterinary surgeon. It is usually around 5-6 months of age, when you may wish to consider having your pet neutered and therefore is a great opportunity to discuss the benefits dependent on your pet’s lifestyle. This consultation alone usually costs £35.
Complimentary nurse clinics are by appointment.
Primary vaccinations usually require a course of injections several weeks apart and the discount vouchers are valid up to 30 days following the first injection given.
Adaptil & Feliway are pheromone products that reduce anxiety when moving to a new home and when experiencing new environments, such as socialisation classes. The 10% discount voucher can be used against purchases of any CEVA Adaptil or Feliway product.
Please be aware you are signing up to a minimum of 12 months membership when joining our health plan. Should you cancel before 12 months, we reserve the right to charge the standard fees retrospectively.
Payment is required in full at the time of the initial consultation.
