Our team will review your request, check your pet’s record and prepare the medication, once authorised by one of our vets.

Please allow 24 hours from the time you place you order before coming to the practice to collect it. Please be aware that this service is not checked over the weekend and therefore allow 24 hours from Monday or the first working day, should it be a bank holiday. Additional notice maybe required for special orders including controlled medication. Unless this is a petfood order, you are advised that in most cases your pet must have been seen recently and at regular intervals, in order for us to provide repeat prescriptions. You will be advised accordingly, depending on the medication.
