We kindly request only one member of the family attends and where possible aim to get for us at the correct time for your appointment to avoid ongoing delays.

For repeat medication requests, please order at least 24 hours in advance by emailing us at medicines@ovg.co.uk or by telephoning 01458 832972. You will be requested to pay prior to collection.

This service is available for routine appointments only.

Unfortunately we are experiencing a shortage of certain cat vaccinations and therefore we are currently having to allocate these appointments on a priority basis only and you will not be able to book these online. We are recommending delaying them by 6 weeks but up to a maximum of 3 calendar months post their due date.

Please contact us directly for any other non-routine, surgical or nurse appointments or indeed if you wish to see a specific veterinary surgeon. Non routine appointments include:

  • Emergencies
  • Unwell pets
  • Pet passports & export certificates
  • Geriatric health checks

Other appointment times are likely to be available by contacting the practice.

This is not an online consultation but an appointment at Orchard Vets. You will be required to attend the practice for your appointment. We reserve the right to charge for unattended appointments.
