Jo joined Orchard Vets in 2023 as a receptionist, while also supporting the practice with a variety of administrative responsibilities. In 2026, she was promoted to Reception Manager and now leads our friendly front-of-house team, ensuring every client and patient receives a warm welcome and excellent customer care.
Outside of work, Jo and her family have a wonderful collection of animals that keep them busy, including cows and goats which they regularly show at agricultural events. She also has a much-loved Pug who is very much part of the family.
