National COVID 19 regulations will be changing as of 19th July 2021 so we wish to clarify our practice safety measures as of that date:
Please ensure you wear a face covering* at all times whilst in the practice and adhere to social distancing guidelines
Please use hand hygiene stations when entering the building
We encourage you to restrict numbers coming into the practice to 1 person per pet.
If you prefer not to come in the building, please let us know by telephone when you arrive and a member of staff will come to you.
We may on occasion be operating a closed-door policy but our team will provide clear instruction on what to do when you arrive
If you are self-isolating or experiencing any symptoms please DO NOT visit the practice and reschedule or book an alternative telephone consultation.
You may be asked to wait outside if we have reached maximum capacity in the waiting area.
In order to reduce foot fall into the building, we ask that ALL medication is pre-ordered and paid for over the phone prior to you coming in to collect it. 24 hours’ notice is required to supply medication, sometimes longer for special orders.
If you are self-isolating and need veterinary care please call the practice and we can advise how we will manage this.
We thank you for your kindness and patience as we endeavour to keep everything running smoothly.
