Following on from the Prime Minister’s announcement on 21/2/2022 and so that we can continue to provide the essential services required for our clients and patients, we respectfully request that you continue to wear face coverings when you visit the practice.   Due to the size of our consultation rooms we will continue to restrict occupancy levels in those areas.  Thank you for your understanding.

For repeat medication requests, please order at least 24 hours in advance by emailing us at or by telephoning 01458 832972. You will be requested to pay prior to collection.

National COVID 19 regulations will be changing as of 19th July 2021 so we wish to clarify our practice safety measures as of that date:

  • Please ensure you wear a face covering* at all times whilst in the practice and adhere to social distancing guidelines

  • Please use hand hygiene stations when entering the building

  • We encourage you to restrict numbers coming into the practice to 1 person per pet.

  • If you prefer not to come in the building, please let us know by telephone when you arrive and a member of staff will come to you.

  • We may on occasion be operating a closed-door policy but our team will provide clear instruction on what to do when you arrive

  • If you are self-isolating or experiencing any symptoms please DO NOT visit the practice and reschedule or book an alternative telephone consultation.

  • You may be asked to wait outside if we have reached maximum capacity in the waiting area.

  • In order to reduce foot fall into the building, we ask that ALL medication is pre-ordered and paid for over the phone prior to you coming in to collect it. 24 hours’ notice is required to supply medication, sometimes longer for special orders.

  • If you are self-isolating and need veterinary care please call the practice and we can advise how we will manage this.
