COVID 19 UPDATE – We have started inviting clients back into the practice however in order to maintain social distancing we are allowing just 4 clients/visitors in, at any one time. When numbers are reached, you may be offered a pager/buzzer as an alternative and asked to wait outside. Face coverings are required and if you do not have your own, they can be purchased from us. Do let us know if you suffer from any conditions that makes you exempt from wearing one.
We kindly request only one member of the family attends, where possible and aim to get for us at the correct time for your appointment to avoid ongoing delays.

Further to the lock down measures that come into effect this Thursday 5th November, there will be changes to some procedures and appointments we usually offer.
If you already have an appointment that needs adjusting, we will contact you however if you have not heard from us, then please attend your appointment as usual, giving yourself plenty of time and wearing a face covering.
If you do not already have an appointment please give us a call on 01458 832972 when we can individually assess your requirements. Our reception team will decide whether your appointment can be in person or over the telephone.
The only vaccinations we are planning to postpone are adult cats over 2 years of age or older. As such you will be unable to book online. If your cat’s first year booster is due or your cat’s vaccination is overdue, please call the practice to discuss further.
