Alison’s speciality is processing the many pet insurance claims generated by the practice and she spends three days a week doing this alone. Despite what you might think, managing all of this paperwork gives her great satisfaction and there is nothing she enjoys more than making the occasionally reluctant employees of insurance companies see sense over a claim they are being ‘difficult’ about!
