Reception

Our receptionists and office staff always provide a welcoming face for the practice and usually have a ready supply of biscuits and assorted treats to hand for our four legged visitors!

They’re not there just to meet and greet though, everyone is trained in their own specialist fields including reception skills, accounts, dispensing and animal nutrition.

In addition they have the backing of our team of vets and nurses so are more than able to give you all the help and advice you could want.
