An inspector calls,

It may surprise you to know that there are no minimum standards to which Veterinary practices have to conform.  So to give our clients a point of reference about the standards we set Orchard Veterinary Group has become an Accredited Practice in the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).

This involves a detailed inspection by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, followed by thorough check-ups at regular intervals. The inspectors go through the practice with a fine tooth comb, looking at hygiene, diagnostic and treatment facilities and even the type of floors we have and the temperature of our fridges!  We seem to have impressed the inspector though, who commented in one of her letters “You have an enviable practice and all credit to the Practice team for such forward and positive thinking”.
