The loss of a pet is a difficult time for all of us.  At Orchard Veterinary Group we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.  A home visit, with a vet and nurse, can be arranged or if you would prefer to bring your pet to the surgery some people and animals find such a ‘neutral’ setting easier.

Unless you express a preference, every pet that dies or is put to sleep at Orchard Veterinary Group is cremated at Limekiln farm, a dedicated pet-crematorium.

If you would prefer, you can take your pet home for burial or we can arrange, with Limekiln, for an individual cremation with the return of the ashes to you.
