Step and tone
A class combining simple step moves guaranteed to raise your heart rate
and improve your fitness with upper and lower body toning exercises.
Body Max
A class designed to strengthen and tone the whole body using bar bells and
dumbbells. Nothing left untouched!!
Circuits
Improve your fitness, burn calories, increase your strength, flexibility
and tone all in one FUN class -
Spinning
Using specially designed exercise bikes, this is a pure cardiovascular group
work-
Spinning + Upper Body

Sometimes work and home commitments, coupled with lack of motivation,

Park at the rear of the building, the classes are held upstairs past the ‘Farm Reception’
